The Lagos Touts Cybertruck Payment claims have caused a lot of reactions online after a video showed a group of local youths blocking a Tesla Cybertruck.
The incident reportedly happened near MJA Onikan, also known as Onikan Stadium, in Lagos. The group, commonly called agberos or area boys, surrounded the luxury electric vehicle and allegedly demanded $4 million, which is about ₦5.4 billion, before allowing the driver to continue.

The video was reportedly shared by content creator Femi Pereira and quickly spread across social media. It has led to discussions about street safety, alleged extortion, and security in busy commercial areas of Lagos State.
According to eyewitnesses and videos shared online, the Tesla Cybertruck was driving through the Onikan area after a football event when a group of young men surrounded it. The men blocked the road, tapped on the vehicle, and demanded money from the driver.
