Brazilian bodybuilder Zama Benta achieved a major career milestone at the Zama Benta Women’s Physique Olympia, finishing second in the competition held from September 24 to 27, 2026. She improved from third place in 2025 and won $20,000.
United States bodybuilder Natalia Abraham Coelho won the Women’s Physique title and received the $50,000 first-place prize. Former champion Sarah Villegas finished third in the competitive event.

Benta arrived at the 2026 competition with improvements in her conditioning, muscle balance, and stage presentation. Her performance caught the judges’ attention during the early judging rounds and individual posing sessions.
