The argument started shortly after the late-night party as the housemates were getting ready for bed. Bluethopia moved a rack of clothes to create more space in the shared living area. However, the clothes belonged to Oyin, who became upset because her items were moved without her permission.
Oyin became angry and accused Bluethopia of disrespecting her belongings and personal space. The argument quickly became heated as both housemates struggled to control their emotions., Oyin started throwing some household items on the floor to show how upset she was.
Some of the clothes and other items involved in the argument were later thrown into the swimming pool. Even when other housemates tried to intervene, Oyin insisted that Bluethopia had crossed a boundary.
Seeing that the situation was getting worse, Flora stepped in to calm Oyin down. She told Oyin that she had every right to be upset about her clothes being moved, but throwing things around and into the pool was an overreaction.
Oyin rejected Flora’s advice and accused her of taking sides instead of remaining neutral.
