Candidates with the required educational qualifications and practical experience in store and inventroy management are adviced to review the job requirements for the Dangote store officer Recuitment position before applyimg, and applicants must also possess one of the following educational qualifications includes:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Higher National Diploma (HND)
In addition, the candiates should have a practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP Materials Management (SAP MM).
The sucessful candidate will be responisible of maintaining an accurate inventory records and support the smooth daily operation of the store. The role also involves recieving an incoming goods from suppliers and transport companies, while ensuring that the inventroy records are accurate and up to date. Other key responsiblities includes :
- Processing Goods Receipt Notes.
- Posting inventory transactions.
- Monitoring Store Transfer Orders (STO).
- Reconciling stock information with relevant departments
- Preparing gate passes.
- Verifying approvals before dispatch.
- Maintaining proper movement records.
- Ensuring all documentation is complete before materials leave the facility.
