Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Packing Plant Operator will perform several critical tasks to ensure smooth operations at the Ibese cement plant:
Production Targets

Achieve cement packing targets, such as 750 MT per twelve-hour shift.

Monitor output and report deviations to supervisors.
Machinery Operation

Operate packers, autoloaders, and other plant equipment efficiently, preferably in automatic mode.

Conduct routine checks and report any mechanical faults to the maintenance team.
Quality Control

Ensure each cement bag meets the 50 kg standard; report any discrepancies immediately.

Properly label and stack damaged or rejected bags to prevent contamination or loss.
Safety and Housekeeping

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company policies, including ISO Management Systems (QMS, EMS, OHSAS).

Ensure smooth communication and handover to incoming operators at the end of each shift.

Requirements
