Prosecutors said that the victims age varied from 25 to 94 and they were all receiving medical care at the time of their deaths.

Based on prosecutors, He said that the German Doctor used a mixture of an anesthetic, and a muscle relaxant that caused respiratory paralysis, that can lead to death within a minutes. The court imposed;
- Life imprisonment.
