Job Purpose

The Human Resources Business Partner at DSL Pharma will align HR initiatives with overall business strategy. The position requires collaboration with senior management to translate corporate goals into actionable HR programs that support productivity, compliance, and organizational growth.

The HRBP will serve as a strategic advisor to management while maintaining operational control of core HR functions.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Alignment

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
