Job Purpose
The Software Quality Assurance Officer at Ecobank Nigeria is responsible for ensuring proper and successful end to end testing of software development projects and system changes before deployment into the production environment.
The role focuses on:

Designing and executing detailed test cases

Securing business approval before production release

Key Responsibilities
Test Planning and Documentation

Review business, functional, and technical requirements

Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and structured test cases

Ensure usability, functionality, performance, and security standards are met
Quality Evaluation and Compliance

Evaluate system designs and project activities for compliance with internal quality assurance guidelines

Provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and reduce risk
Bug Tracking and Regression Testing

Identify, document, and track application bugs

Perform regression testing after bug resolution

Analyse test results and recommend corrective actions to developers
User Acceptance and Stakeholder Coordination

Change Management and Deployment

Prepare applications for deployment and delivery

Required Qualifications
