The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria has achieved two major international certifications, reinforcing its commitment to quality service delivery and environmental sustainability across Nigeria’s airports.
FAAN received ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems after a comprehensive and independent audit of its operations.
Certification Process and Standards
The certifications were awarded by MSECB, a Canada-based certification body. Following a detailed review, the audit confirmed that FAAN meets global standards in service quality, environmental responsibility, and continuous operational improvement.
These standards assess how organizations manage customer satisfaction, efficiency, and environmental impact in line with international best practices.
