An independent analysis has found that photos of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Peter Mandelson from the Epstein files were taken inside properties owned by Jeffrey Epstein.
The findings come from a detailed review of images and videos linked to Epstein residences. Analysts compared visible features in the photos with known interiors of Epstein homes.

Andrew Mountbatten Windsor Photo Linked to New York Mansion
Photos showing Andrew Mountbatten Windsor crouching over a woman were taken inside Epstein New York City mansion.
The images show white wall panelling, door designs, and flooring patterns. These features match those seen in other photos from the mansion.

Analysts also examined corridor views and nearby rooms. Furniture details and layout confirmed the exact location within the property.
The photos have no recorded date. There is no claim of criminal wrongdoing linked to the images.
In a statement released in October 2025, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor said he strongly denies accusations connected to his past association with Epstein.

Peter Mandelson Image Linked to Paris Flat
The analysis also found that a photo of Peter Mandelson wearing underwear was taken inside Epstein Paris flat.
Investigators matched a metal balcony railing visible through a window with railings at the Paris property. They also matched wall panels, lamps, and curtains.

The same room appears in a video included in the Epstein files. The footage shows two young females dancing in that space.
Another image from the room shows a paper on a desk with the name Jeffrey E Epstein printed on it. This detail further links the photo to the property.

Response From Mandelson Representatives
A spokesperson for Peter Mandelson previously said he could not confirm where or when the photo was taken. The spokesperson also said Mandelson did not know if the image had any connection to Epstein.
The analysis challenges that claim by matching multiple features to the Paris flat.
Ongoing Review of Epstein Files
Media organizations continue to review materials from the Epstein files. These include photos, videos, and documents tied to Epstein properties.
Authorities have announced no new charges related to the images discussed. Reviews of the files remain ongoing.
