Kylie Jenner Italian Home has reached its final stage after six years of construction at her property in Hidden Hills, California. The reality TV star recently gave fans an extensive look at the Italy inspired mansion, showing both finished and unfinished areas of the property while explaining the design choices behind the project.ct.
On September 6, 2026, Jenner posted a YouTube vlog giving viewers a tour of her home. The property sits on five acres of land that she reportedly bought for $15 million in 2020. During the tour, she called the house her “beautiful dream Italian home” and said she was ready for construction to be finished so she could move in.
This large Mediterranean style project features Mediterranean landscaping, reclaimed materials, traditional stone details and modern household spaces. Some parts of the property are still under construction, but Jenner has given fans a look at the overall design and her vision for the home.
The landscaping was designed by Jim Hyatt, who has also worked on the grounds of San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, according to the source material.

Jenner explained that some of the landscaping elements were inspired by work done at San Ysidro Ranch. Lavender was planted around the property, while older olive trees were chosen for the entrance.
She also mentioned that some of the younger olive trees came from her sister Kendall Jenner’s nearby property. According to Kylie, Kendall had to remove the trees during construction, so she decided to keep them.
The trees also have a personal meaning for Kylie. She said they are special to her because they remind her of her sister whenever she looks at them.
Inside the mansion, Jenner showed viewers a large kitchen that is still under construction. The space features stone floors and a lot of woodwork. Some of the wood had just arrived during the filming, but Jenner said it was not yet the right color and would be stained. She added that the stone floors and other details are important parts of the overall look.
The design of Kylie Jenner Italian Home uses natural and reclaimed materials. The main living area features reclaimed wood floors, while an old fireplace is being prepared for installation. Stone is also used in several areas of the house, adding to the traditional Italian inspired design.
Jenner said she wanted traditional details added to the stonework. This approach helps connect the interior design with the Italian inspired character she envisioned for the property.
Another part of the house Jenner showed was a downstairs guest bathroom. The bathroom features a black and white stone shower and a matching countertop. Jenner said it is one of her favorite spaces and praised the stone used throughout the room.
She explained that she wanted traditional details incorporated into the stone and said she was happy with how everything turned out
The house also includes a bathroom with vintage tile. Jenner said her team found the tile and chose it for one of the showers. She called it a distinctive decorative feature and noted that the tile looked darker because it had just been installed.
Another feature of the property is an old fireplace. Jenner explained that the fireplace was found in pieces and was intended for the entry area of the home. The structure includes old brick, which she described as an important part of its appeal.
Her design team, Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez, developed a plan to continue the brick treatment around the fireplace. The goal was to connect the fireplace with the rest of the interior design.
Wall finishes are also part of the final construction decisions. Jenner said she wanted white plaster throughout the main areas of the house. She was seen considering the exact shade while construction continued.
Another major part of the Kylie Jenner Italian home is the backyard. Under two large olive trees, Jenner is creating an outdoor dining area for dinner parties and birthday celebrations. The space will include a pizza oven and a fountain.
The grounds will also include a cement court for different sports.In addition, Jenner has plans for a rose garden. She explained that she wanted the garden to be part of her vision for the property and that it fits her desire for a more traditional and elegant outdoor setting.
The Kylie Jenner Italian home is still in progress, but many of its defining features are already visible. Despite the property’s scale, Jenner said she is approaching the point where she can move into the residence.
